The human resource (HR) person, officer, or manager is a person responsible for performing various roles like recruitment, staffing, training, development, monitoring the performance, and last but not the least counseling of the employee. The HR provides assistance to the staff and the supervisor/s, ensuring timely and accurate information (on the training requirement, opportunities, reviewing the performance, job descriptions, and personnel policies of Council) is obtained to take proper decisions. Above all, the eligibility to meet the position is graduation and good communication skills, both spoken and written.

  • Develop and execute recruiting plans.
  • Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives.
  • Administrative duties and recordkeeping.
  • Create job descriptions.
  • Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
  • Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
  • Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
  • Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
  • Post openings in newspaper advertisements, with professional organizations, and in other position appropriate venues.
  • Develop working relationships within colleges to aid in recruiting.
